Taking into account the required program and contemplating the plot in relation to its particular location in front of the main square, on the corner of the main street in Añelo town, our proposal is developed in a SIMPLE IDEA: one SUPERFLEXIBLE DIVISIBLE CONTAINER is created, which gathers the activities of the different workshops as well as the main tasks; the different uses of the ACC (Añelo Cultural Center) are delimited as needed through modulated mobile panels, thus multiplying the relationship dynamics between the workshops and the activities: FLEXIBILITY at its maximum power. This enables us to reduce internal circulations that would imply a M2 loss in the main functions.
In addition, this CONTAINER has been truly linked to the main square to such an extent that the ACC has proposed to keep modifying the urban environment taking the street and the square both as a symbol and its practical use during the events / festivals / fairs that may need this blending.
We believe that an intervention of this magnitude in an almost deserted urban landscape should create a warm social refuge event; it should also produce signals to the outside world that might encourage further interventions in favour of society.
